SCREENER FEATURES
RUBBER SCREEN DECK SKIRTS
- We have installed rubber skirts on each side of the 68 ProScreen screen deck.
- The skirts are there to catch stray material falling from the bucket that might miss the deck.
- We have made the skirts of rubber to bend and flex in case hit by the bucket.
CANTILEVERED SPRING SUSPENSION SYSTEM
- The 68 ProScreen comes with the same durable coil and leaf spring system put into our 78 ProScreen screening machine.
- The operator has the control over the slope of the screen deck.
- A steeper deck angle makes material travel faster for better screening of wet materials.
- A flatter deck slope slows material flow and works best with gravels, sand, and dry soils.

VIBRATORY SYSTEM
- The 68 ProScreen comes with our Dual Eccentric (110 volt) 3600rpm Vibratory Pack, the same vibratory power built into our bigger 78 ProScreen.
- The motor and eccentric system is sealed away from the elements and maintenance free.
- The 68 ProScreen vibratory pack draws 4 to 5 amps and works off a 15 amp circuit or can be powered with a compact 3500 watt portable generator.

BUCKET TRANSPORT LUGS
- For moving the 68 ProScreen around onsite our Bucket Transport Lugs will save time and the need for having pallet forks onsite.
- The lugs slide directly into the fork pockets with a retention hole to lock them in place.
- Once installed you will have the ability to pick up the screener with your bucket and move the screener quickly.
- No hitch, no wheels, no wiring, and no digging.

ABOUT MESH
SQUARE
- We offer a wide range of mesh that are quick and easily changed.
- The ability to install large and small high quality mesh makes DeSite SLG Screeners a time saver and money maker.
- We offer both square and elongated mesh pattern in a double lock crimp weave.
- Our double lock weave puts two crimps in each wire as they intersect, This creates a strong weave and a stronger, more stable mesh.
ELONGATED
- Our elongated pattern mesh is what we call a triple chute weave where a group of three wires intersect the main with wires.
- A space of four inches has full unobstructed opening before the next three wires intersect the mesh again.
- Our elongated pattern meshes are designed to handle higher moisture material when screening is more challenging.
- Hourly production are always considerably higher when elongated pattern mesh in in use.
